I am passionate about the value of Movement on stage, in the rehearsal room and in life more widely. I have years of experience in Movement Direction, Choreography, Facilitating and Teaching.
Movement direction offers the perfect vehicle for my creative input. I understand deeply how to work with physicality in order to tell stories in honest, surprising and beautiful ways.
My practice combines story & performance skills with a person-centered, experiential approach. Allowing performers to connect with their breathing, feeling bodies to find new narratives; the life of the piece becomes more dimensional and more creative.
I have a first class Masters degree in Somatic Movement and Wellbeing.
The various sections of this website reflect the multiplicity of my working environments. If you can’t see information on what you are looking for, please do just drop me a line.
